Running During Startup?

The above file is running during startup. I haven't seen this before when monitoring startup items. Should it be there?

You have clicked the button to tell WB to try an alternative method of running which is why it is running.

I haven't clicked any button. It is a registry entry in hkey current user microsoft windows current version run. I was assuming it was leftover from some installation problem. Like I said, I have not seen this entry in the registry before. I disabled the entry and all seems "normal". I'll probably delete it in the morning.

You will have pressed the button at some point.

The installer does not write those keys, only wbconfig will at the 'you need to reboot screen' when you press the 3rd button.

Neil,

I have no idea what button you are talking about. Could you elaborate? Also - is it safe to just remove the entry from the registry at this point? I have it disabled and am not experiencing any problems? Thanks for your assistance.

when you press the 3rd button.

Yes, please elaborate a litte. Or at least a hint of what '3rd button'.
I don't want to push it by mistake.

On the 'WB needs a reboot' dialog there is a 3rd button which will appear the 2nd time this screen shows up.  This allows you to set WB to use an alternative method of starting.

It sounds like you have pressed this at some point.  If your PC is working without it running then thats ok.

Thanks Neil. Don't ever recall having the reboot message twice - but I'll watch for it.
