Does anyone know/have a link to the WinFx effect that puts a glass-like border around all windows? I saw it in an aero forum somewhere, but can't seem to find it now. Thanks in advance.

I have installed Windows Live Messenger on VistaRC1. I started playing around with the different customization settings (background, themepacks, etc) and am left with a fairly ugly looking thing. Does anyone know how to revert back so that what I see is the default setup? I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling and have the same problem. Thanks in advance.

Look at my first picture. Has anyone been successful in disabling the splash screen in Outlook 2003? I thought there was a registry tweak but when googling only come up with tips for disabling the splash screen in Outlook Express. Thanks in advance.
